Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Luxe Lather Spa, we are committed to providing exceptional service and care to each of our guests. Please take a moment to review our policies before booking your appointment.

All Sales Are Final

All sales for services, gift cards, and retail products are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

We encourage guests to ask any questions and confirm all details prior to purchasing or booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To help us accommodate all guests and manage our appointment schedule, we kindly ask that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• 48 hours or more notice: Your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled at no additional charge.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in the forfeiture of any deposits paid or the full appointment value, at the discretion of Luxe Lather Spa.
• No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full appointment value and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is important to us. While refunds are not available, if you are not satisfied with a service you received, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will review your concerns and do our best to provide an appropriate resolution.
